Privacy at T33

Updated October 29, 2026. T33 is a private-beta trip planner hosted at T33.net/app.

Your account

If you choose Google sign-in, T33 receives your Google account identifier, email address, email-verification status and display name to create or connect your T33 account. T33 does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or your contacts. Your Google password stays with Google. Google sign-in is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Existing password accounts store a password hash. T33 uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Connecting Google does not publish your trips or change membership permissions.

Your trips and files

Local plans are saved in the browser you use. Shared plans, trip tasks, group preferences, imported notes and uploaded files are stored centrally on the T33 hosting service. Group preferences can include children’s ages; use only information your travel group needs and avoid children’s full names or sensitive personal information.

Shared trip members can read the trip and its files. Owners and editors can change its plans and checklist. Owners control invitations and membership. Shared check-ins record the account and server time. Exported backups contain trip information, so keep them private.

Maps and attraction search

When you click Find attractions, the entered town or region and its mapped center are sent from T33’s server to Photon to find nearby places. T33 does not request device GPS for this search. Use a town or region rather than a private address. Public map search results are cached for about 24 hours. See Photon and OpenStreetMap’s attribution and license information.

Opening directions sends the selected place’s address or coordinates to Google Maps. External sites have their own privacy policies.

Storage and technical records

The hosting service may keep normal access and error logs. T33 uses rate-limit records to protect sign-in and public search, and stores Google’s public signing keys temporarily to verify sign-in. It does not store Google access or refresh tokens for ongoing access to Google services. T33 does not currently include advertising or analytics trackers in its app code.

Access, removal and support

You can export your displayed trips from the app. Clearing browser data removes local plans and sessions; it does not remove centrally stored trips. For account or shared-data removal and privacy questions, contact the T33 administrator through the person who invited you or the developer contact shown on the Google consent screen. Removal requests currently require administrator assistance; there is no self-service account-deletion feature yet. Do not submit passwords or client secrets in a support message.
